  • There is a level of effort that needs to go into the development of a website.

More effort perhaps for those that are running customer service related, face to face businesses, services, heading projects for a cause -or organization-.

So what I am getting at is that there is, undeniably, a great deal more to, and many more variables to be concerned about -within a Multi-Member-Operated Business, Organization, or Cause.

Even just a start up, takes a understanding of the areas of the business that need to be covered, what those teams or the people in those teams are able to individually accomplish and as a team accomplish, then ensuring that those teams can all somehow still come together without the standard bullshit and drama of all the typical dysfunction that is the mass of everyday people trying to make life work. Nothing is perfect, but imagine for the sake of the project, and the satisfaction of success, placing all grudges to the side, while opening the door to new with regards to continued development of the project or the residual of the effort.

And not necessarily by any means a reward of monetary values but simple community advancements small efforts with, even seemingly-simple, results.

Any Change is better than no change.
